Personal Training Services

Personal training is a great way to achieve your fitness goals, improve your overall performance and gain confidence in your body’s abilities.

 

All of the Trainers at OJPT and In & Out Fitness are fully qualified to Level 3 or higher. They all have a wealth of experience in their specialist field.

 

All PT clients are offered a free 30minute consultation, with no obligation.  We use this to get to know our clients, to find out about their goals, any injuries, and review their current nutritional patterns.

 

This allows us to create a tailored package for your needs, and to establish which of our specialist trainers is the best trainer for you to work with to get the results you want.

 

Our team is made up of a small number of Trainers with specialisms in different fields.  This means that we can refer you to see a specific trainer for extra help and advice if we feel that will aid your progression. 

classes

Going to big classes is a great way to keep fit and socialise, to meet new people and have fun. However, it’s easy to get lost in large classes and miss out some of the technical input, which is necessary in order to get the desired results.  

 

The small classes offered by In & Out Fitness and OJPT mean you will always get personal attention.  Your instructor will always be able to point out errors, and always have time to correct your technique.  Small classes also mean that any of the exercises can be adapted if even just 1 person is unable to carry it out.  Finally, small classes allow you and your instructor to get to know one another and mean your instructor will know your personal weaknesses and injury history.
